Customer Service Safety Tips
1. Youth and teens, never get into the vehicle with a stranger. Always inform someone where you are going, even if just a friend or neighbor. If you don't want to tell your parents or guardian where you are going, complete the travel monitoring form that can be found on the home page of this web page.
2. Try to go to an outing with someone else or walk in groups of two or more.
3. Stay in lighted sidewalk paths.
4. Wear light colors when standing in dark places.
5.. Greyhound or Megabus.com implies that they are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by traffic or road conditions, weather or other causes over which it has no control.

10. Most long-distance travel requires a mandatory stop for staff shifts and quick food stop. You may want to bring your own food (platter container, or bag) and bottled beverage for off-the-bus eating instead of waiting in line to purchase items.
11. There are now electrical outlets on most charter-bus brands. Bring your own music (BYOM) and ear plugs.
12. Southern states bus lines change frequently. Make sure to get SMS alerts or emails.
13. Riding on a bus line is not a crime and is considered a civil dispute.

17. The most appropriate seating when riding with children is at the back of a charter bus.
